​​​In most instances, we can offer layaway on items priced over £1,000, once they have been available on our website for 48 hours or more. Please email us to request layaway, and we’ll confirm availability and set up your plan.

Standard layaway terms

• £1,000-£1,499.99: 2-month layaway term

• £1,500 and over: 3-month layaway term

 

The total is split evenly across the layaway period, with one payment due per month (unless we agree on something different). Your first payment acts as a deposit to reserve the piece and remove it from sale.
 

For pieces over £8,000, we may (at our discretion) be able to agree a slightly extended term.

Administration fee (non-refundable)​

An administration fee of 15% of the order total applies and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Where a return is accepted at our discretion, the administration fee remains non-refundable.

How payments are made​

Layaway payments are made via a secure online payment link, which we send from our accounting system along with your invoice. You can pay via card or PayPal using the link.

Shipping & completion​

Once the balance is paid in full, your piece will be shipped on the next available courier collection.
 

Where layaway is agreed for a bespoke piece or an alteration to a piece, your item will be created/altered once the balance is paid in full, and no return will be accepted.

Missed payments/non-completion​

A credit check is not required to put an item on layaway, and missing a payment will not affect your credit score.
 

If you do not complete your layaway on schedule, your reservation may be cancelled. Any payments made may be refunded minus the 15% administration fee. Payment processing fees (including PayPal and card fees) are not refundable if a layaway agreement is cancelled at any time.

You may also wish to use PayPal ‘Pay in 3’, Clearpay/Afterpay, or Klarna to spread the cost of your purchase. If your basket qualifies, the relevant option(s) will appear at checkout.​
