Excellent antique condition

 

A wonderful conversion in excellent antique condition, with a rich 15-carat yellow-gold colour and set with a stunning opal with beautiful play of colour.

Stamped '15CT' for 15-carat gold on the back of the heart.  The stamp is very slightly faded as to be expected with a piece of this age.
