The rare 18ct gold curb chain links are solid (not hollow), each beautifully stamped with a crown and "18" for 18-carat gold.
The beautiful antique diamond is 0.19ct and approximately 4mm in diameter in its modern square setting, positioned to enhance the round old-cut diamond.
