The stones display the distinctive characteristics of Peruzzi and early old mine faceting, with long triangular facets and lively scintillation typical of pre-industrial cutting.
The antique heart, crafted from silver and backed in 12ct gold, is finished with an 18ct yellow gold bail, making it easy to wear on your favourite antique chain. The contrast of blackened silver against the bright diamonds adds depth and definition, enhancing the antique sparkle. There are some minor nibbles to the diamonds, as to be expected with age; these are only noticeable under magnification and do not detract from the sparkle or beauty in any way.
